- Since day one they been having problems with they gate me and my wife had to help the nice lady we had to jump the gate to help her open it and they been gave me a gate code that work 2 time called the facility the first thing he said was did you make your payment wow that was very unprofessional I told him yes he changed his attitude and said they are working on the gate move here and you see I need to talk to whoever his boss is

- I first moved n and realized it looked as if someone was living n the unit rite next to mine so I got switched to a little bigger away from that unit. After 2 days moving into the bigger unit my lock was removed off door and a tote was stolen from me. I don't feel comfortable at all and I'm removing my stuff and going elsewhere

- The associate and facility was fine. I didn't like the move in for $1 bait. When in actuality it wasn't. It's a fee charged and a lot of additional up selling. Made me kinda reconsider moving my stuff there. I like for things to be up front. That's my only gripe. The move in was $1 plus administration fee and insurance if you don't already have it. But the online process was superb and the associate was amazing and had a well kept facility.
