- The unit I have rented was supposed to be ready by Thursday afternoon which didn't happen. Apparently maintenance had to be done which should have been handled before showing the unit available to rent. The unit was finally available to move in yesterday evening after 5pm so when I went their this morning around 11:00am, there was broken glass, nail and screws at the door opening so I had to pick up all these items before we could back up into the space to keep from getting a flat tire. When leaving, around 11:45am I stopped by the office to show the attendant what I had picked up and no one was in the office and no sign on the door stating where they were. I am very disappointed to say the least.

- No one was available in the office or via the phone to assist with questions or concerns that we had with regards to opening and closing the main gate. We arrived around 1:45 PM on Saturday, 01May2021. We called multiple numbers including the contact number on the door of the office which was closed (despite the time being during open office hours). We left messages at each number that we called (if voice mail was available). Someone returned our call on Monday, 03May2021, long after we needed assistance. Although we were able to resolve our issue, it was disheartening to realize that no one was available to assist during Saturday open business hours especially since we had a rental truck full of furniture that needed to be returned by EOB on Saturday, 5/1/2021.

- Came in two days early and due to the storm, the internet was down. However, they were already prepared and had printed out my reservation before it went out, and I was able to get into my unit when I needed to. The location is prime and even going there early in the morning and at night I feel safe. Definitely would recommend.
