- No one should be made to take insurance for the contents of the building. If they want it, ok, but not made to take it. I believe your pricing is too high and your "first month $1" doesn't exist. The contents of my building remained 6 wks. You should fully disclose the "extras" when quoting rent price. I worked for Public Storage years ago. That's why I rented from you folks. But am fully and completely disappointed in current change in policy. The manager was very personable. We had several talks. She's ok.
