Visiting the location prior to moving in the staff and found them to be very pleasant and helpful in speaking about their storage facility. It is relatively new but the extras put into the facility are great for moving in. When moving in you pull into a sheltered bay to unload. It is climate controlled and all you need is there to aid you in moving your belongings in. I would highly recommend Life Storage in Mooresville

- I was a little irritated at first because it seemed like we were playing phone tag but the process overall when we finally got together was simple and easy I got my emails I filled out my forms got them turned in I had no problems accessing the units the gate the only problem that I did have was trying to get out I did not realize there was a keypad on the left hand side at the end of the building and I kept pulling up to the gate and it wouldn't open, but when I called the office number the gentleman answered promptly tell me how to get out and it was easy and fast it was much appreciated
