- You probably need to visit the place first and not just call and arrange for a place sight unseen. Some spaces have no outside access and so you cannot pull up to an outside door and just unload. Large items would have to be carried through an outside door then into an inside door. The property manager is very nice and helpful. They insist you have insurance so the cost will be higher than the basic rental.

- I only used the space for 24 hours and got no money returned - even though roration is advertised. I would tell anyone that asks to find an alternate space to use. The building is new, the facility is not well-kept. Customers leave trash and it isn't removed in a timely manner. There was glass on the pavement where I parked my car to unload and explore the space. A day later it was still there. The storage space I was given was less than 8 feet as a huge air duct consumed a part of the space. The hallway entrance to my very last space on the wing was dark and potentially unsafe to cart materials there at any time other than the middle of the day. Take me off your mailing list or I will work to submit my feedback in a more public way.
