The unit you assigned me was in no way semi accessible & they had to get a second truck, load, unload - repeat and it cost me almost $3,000 EXTRA!!! That is NOT OK! The unit size they told me was not enough space & I needed a second unit at the same location. No one would answer the phone or return phone calls ( during business hours!!) That is not ok You main line just kept transferring me back to the location where they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer the phone! That is not ok!!!!

- I was drawn in by a special but upon signing the contract was told I must buy their lock since my unit uses a barrel lock. I also had to buy their insurance until I could prove my homeowners insurance covered storage rental. Other than that, Joann was very nice, the unit very conveniently situated inside and the facility is close to my house. The unit had a small amount of dirt on the floor.
