- I researched storage unit pricing online for the area and LAKESIDE was the cheapest, by far. I compared the facility to others and they had everything the more expensive facilities had and security was the same. I reserved my unit online with just my email address and name and phone number and receive the call the next morning asking if I wanted to come look at the unit. Going to check the place out, I was coming from out of town and my ETA was going to be 6 minutes after closing. I called to see if there was any way someone would still be there to assign me my unit and do my paperwork. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and said she'd be glad to wait for me. I missed a turn on my way there and the GPS rerouted me. I ended up pulling into the facility 21 minutes after they had closed! 😞 To my surprise the lady was still waiting for me! 😀 She was super friendly, had everything ready and highlighted where I needed to sign. I was in and out in minutes! She showed me my unit, which was exactly as described. My passcode worked like it was supposed to and everything was as it should be and still is! 🥰 Nothing but LOVE here for LAKESIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- I went to a place before I made a stop here. This place compared blew me away with so much welcoming compassion. When you are moving and have to leave your home in storage,it is a bit difficult.
