- The person who showed the unit did a GREAT job but the day before, when we showed up to do the paperwork, the office was closed. This is after the 800 number said their hours were until 6 pm - they were closed when we arrived at 5:20 pm. Found out they were closed the whole day because of staffing issues. Not good.
