- The office was closed during my appointment to get my storage. I was giving a number to call to do my paperwork over the phone. It took well over an hour due to needing approval to honor my online discount when I reserved my unit. It was not honored but my Admin fee was waived and I was given another deal. I also didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I was going to have to pay for a lock, even though I already had one. So my initially payment was more than expected. The customer service associate that helped me was very nice and patient. Overall I would have liked to do my paperwork in person instead of over the phone. But I was pleased with my unit and how clean everything was.

- Everything within the office was great customer service wise. As far as computer operations and after the promotion pricing, that's another story. We know we've all experienced a lot of technical issues lately, but this was baffling even to the registration clerk. Long story short my first day using the storage space was on a day the office is closed. I was forced to enter and exit with other renters because my code was inoperable. I did call customer service while I was there and that was futile. I was offered a code that was suppose to work as an over ride, that too did not work. The good part is that I was able to unload my belongings and was not forced to keep the trailer that I rented another day due to this inconvenience. I was later advised that I was not allowed to enter and exit with others. I was also told the computer did not recognize my code and needed to be refreshed. Was told it's all fixed now but I'm yet to confirm.

- My fiancé and I rented with Pam today, it was fast and easy. She was very nice and knows her stuff. Nicest storage place I have ever been to. We will definitely come back again if we need storage. Very glad we chose this location. Pam and staff were very helpful and our property was delivered in great condition. Would highly recommend this location. Update: Just finished moving our stuff out of storage into our new place. Very pleased with coming to Public Storage. Pam helped us out with an issue that came up, and was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
