- Speaking to a live person does make things much easier and I personally being a 65 year old disabled Senior Citizen would feel safer having another adult on the premises. Unfortunately I understand that providing human interaction is costly and most people these days are comfortable using kiosks, computer and other electrónic devices to conduct business. There is a large part of society that are not comfortable with no human interaction. It's a shame that a good portion of society fall into that category and aré forgotten in so many ways.

- Everything within the office was great customer service wise. As far as computer operations and after the promotion pricing, that's another story. We know we've all experienced a lot of technical issues lately, but this was baffling even to the registration clerk. Long story short my first day using the storage space was on a day the office is closed. I was forced to enter and exit with other renters because my code was inoperable. I did call customer service while I was there and that was futile. I was offered a code that was suppose to work as an over ride, that too did not work. The good part is that I was able to unload my belongings and was not forced to keep the trailer that I rented another day due to this inconvenience. I was later advised that I was not allowed to enter and exit with others. I was also told the computer did not recognize my code and needed to be refreshed. Was told it's all fixed now but I'm yet to confirm.

- I rented a unit at this facility for one reason only: it was advertised as having 24/7 access. Before booking, I specifically asked twice whether I would have access to my unit at any time of day or night, and both times I was assured that I would. Based on that information, I rented the unit. The only opportunity I had to borrow a vehicle and move my belongings was around 2:00 AM. I spent hours loading everything up, made the trip to the facility, and arrived with a full vehicle only to discover that I could not access my unit at all. As a result, the entire trip was wasted. I had to turn around, unload everything, and find another solution. It was frustrating, exhausting, and completely avoidable. What upsets me most is that I specifically confirmed the access policy before renting. Had I been told the truth, I would have chosen another storage facility. Instead, I relied on the information provided and was left dealing with the consequences. If a facility advertises 24/7 access and staff members confirm it multiple times, customers should be able to trust that information. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are not misled and forced to waste their time, effort, and money like I was. I would strongly advise anyone considering this facility to get clarification in writing regarding access hours before signing up.
