- Everything within the office was great customer service wise. As far as computer operations and after the promotion pricing, that's another story. We know we've all experienced a lot of technical issues lately, but this was baffling even to the registration clerk. Long story short my first day using the storage space was on a day the office is closed. I was forced to enter and exit with other renters because my code was inoperable. I did call customer service while I was there and that was futile. I was offered a code that was suppose to work as an over ride, that too did not work. The good part is that I was able to unload my belongings and was not forced to keep the trailer that I rented another day due to this inconvenience. I was later advised that I was not allowed to enter and exit with others. I was also told the computer did not recognize my code and needed to be refreshed. Was told it's all fixed now but I'm yet to confirm.
