- Signs everywhere say "1st month for $1". That is not true. Had to buy their style lock which is about 1 inch long and it cost $20. Not to mention that the kind of lock you buy cannot be used for anything else. Ripoff. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because they called me back when a unit became available. I was also told by one of the managers that the reserving of units only works when there is no one in the office that is willing to pay cash for your reserved unit. Not too happy with this organization overall.

- We just moved into this storage unit and the manager on duty, Doreen, was extremely unpleasant and rude to us. The exit gate on the property is currently broken, which made it very difficult to get the large U-Haul in and out of a single gate. Doreen was unaccommodating and and made rude remarks when my elderly father was struggling to turn the U-Haul around. If possible, we would have switched facilities to avoid dealing with her and giving her the business. Aside from the awful management, the facilities are nice.
