At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. All costs should be made transaparent upfront like compulsory insurance and admin fee.

- Overall the move in was seamless. I will say that the lady that checked me in was a bit disorganized. She repeated herself a number of times and often forgot what she had previously informed me. The key pad was not accepting my code however, the manager noticed the problem and quickly apologized and programmed a different one for me.

- Excellent customer service when I called in and when I arrived. The agent at the desk was very professional and spent some time understanding my storage needs. He made some valuable suggestions. I didn't know though, that the doors lock down at 10 pm. I had been in mid-shuffle to the unit and I left my doors open and went to my car to check on something and I was locked out. The facility says it is 24 hours. I heard later that one needs to pay extra for that convenience. Also didn't know when I could come back in the morning. Just need new folks to get that information.

- Good customer service. Any time I had an issue it would be handled with professional courteousness. I switched from a small unit to a large unit and I don't like that I had to purchase a second lock from them. They said it was because a new account had to be created with the new unit number but that doesn't make much sense to me. However, it was only $20 bucks and wasn't worth more frustration/haggeling given my situation at that time. Location was convenient and handling my account online was nice.

- Hello. There's not enough front desk interaction. I have to wait for someone to show up or I have to flag them down on the premises. Also I was made to buy a special lock for the climate control unit I rented when I had a lock from another unit I rented in times past. There are some good deals at times but I have to search them out too. It's a lot just to rent a storage unit.
