- I couldn't complete the application online, despite spending 20 minutes with telephonic support - had to complete the application upon arrival at the physical storage. At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. All costs should be made transaparent upfront like compulsory insurance and admin fee.

After signing up online I received a call and more explanations about how to reserve the size unit I wanted,. this employee named sparkle guided me to the location that was convenient with me. She also told me the name of the employee I would be working with The next day I went to the site and was greeted by a lovely woman named I T. She recognize my name as Sparkle had mentioned I may call and guided me into a Storage space that will fit my needs very nicely.she was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I was extremely impressed with these two employees who gave me confidence and provided a storage space that is perfect for my belongings. - Excellent initial conversation with your personnel on the phone. That gave me all the information I needed to follow through with reserving a storage unit. Then your property manager Catherine called me directly and finalized my reservation. She then met me at the location and personally showed me the unit, issued my lock and keys and introduced me to the coded gate system. I have been in and out 4 times now , in the last two days, and things are working out just fine for our move to the Decatur area. My thanks to Cat and her crew at Public Storage.
