Also, there was a monthly charge for insurance that I did not know about ahead of time. Other than that, everything went well.

However, they tried to force me to get the optional services like insurance by just adding it on and telling me that I had to put insurance on my storage unit, which I knew was not true. There was also a trainee there and if thats the way they train new employees, you all should reconsider current employees.
