The male staff person (whose name I can't recall) also goes above and beyond for their customers. The facility is very clean, cool as it's climate controlled, and easily accessible. The area feels safe as well. I'm a new customer to this facility and I will be a returning customer based on my experience thus far.

At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long.
