- Took them hours to return calls, even the video call in the Lobby is unattended, no one answers that phone. You need to have their lock on you unit, and then your lock so you need (2) locks at al time and they have the combination to your stuff. Took (3) full days after I rented to get access to my unit. I was told 24/7 access to the unit when I signed up, then after the 10th call to this place and hrs later I was told NO I did not pay for that and it's $10.00 more a month for that. No one is on the property.

She always answered the phone very pleasantly and when I made it to the office close to closing time, she was still extremely professional and walked me through the whole process.
