- After payment was made, and link was given to the renting webpage to get the code to their lock and door code, it too many phone calls , hours waiting back for calls , no one answered the video call in the lobby, it took (4) days to get in to the unit. Then I agreed to rent here I was told 24-7 access, but after days of complaining about any access we got ahold of MO, she told me mo we did not pay for 27-7 access and that is an extra $10.00 and nothing can be done to avoid that fee, I said that is sad when we made it clear that was the most important part to us to accommodate our schedule's, so there went $10.00 ,more. I was skeptical of renting here after all the bad reviews, but now I see why there is so many bad reviews and understand them. Property is unattended by a person or video phone people, you need a code for a bathroom, you need a green lock which is their lock ( so they have access to your stored items) and then your lock. It's a mess here , location is great, they just need people to run it, otherwise it's NOT a bad place, just bad business practice's.

- I was told I had to move out but no reason. I had a conversation with an employee that stated I couldn't close my storage door. I said I didn't know. He busted in and I was organizing things that I brought in from another storage I won on a storage bid. After agreeing I left. Two days later I received an email saying they didn't want me using their storage. I feel like it was because I'm black. I have a good job a home a business and they still will not tell me why. I confronted the employee about it days later. I literally only go to put stuff in. He said after telling my to keep it up I put it down again but it's a lie I left that day and wasn't back until a week later. I feel I was racial profiled. I asked reason for termination no response... The employee even said something about living there. How did you invading my privacy by coming into my storage and only seeing valuable belongings and up with you saying your trying to stop people from living here saving on rent. I told him that's funny because that's not what you witnessed so why bring that up especially when It did not pertain to me. If you are black be careful these people are definitely racist,...

- I originally reserved a 10x15 unit but when we went to look at it we also were shown a 10x20 and decided the larger unit was worth the extra price. I offered to leave my deposit at that time but was told it wasn't necessary and that they would hold my unit. We'll two weeks later I tried to move in and was told that I was renting a "two door" unit which was essentially two 10x10 units next door to one another. We'll this was not what I was shown, what I intended to rent, and was not happy. After a long drawn out process I was told they found one. Not the one I had originally been shown but a 10x20. But then they tried to charge me $12.75 pet month more than I was originally quoted and was shown on my updated reservation. Nearly an hour later I finally got my unit for the price I was quoted but it had no lighting whatsoever. I was obviously very disappointed but by this point I was too tired to argue further. I need to stress the people who were at the store were very nice but I am overall not very happy that it was as difficult as it t was and my unit is completely unlit.

Ad doesn't mention you must purchase company lock which adds to expense & must buy their insurance before you leave.
