At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. - I had an amazing experience with LaToya and Ron. My unit was scheduled for auction. I didn't have the full amount at the time of my arrival. I was waiting for the other party to pay a small portion. (I thought I was going to loose all my belongings.) They saw were i was overwhelm with the situation.They showed empathy and said things to let me know they care. They both answered all my questions. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. If you need to store your belongings rather its short or long term I would recommend you go see them located in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd.
