- Midgard is conveniently located right off of Peachtree (Industrial) Boulevard, right where Doraville and Peachtree Corners meet. The address is on PIB, and you can access it from the northbound access road by driving through a long parking lot. The easiest access is actually from Amwiler Road. I needed a 10' x 15' climate controlled unit, and they had the lowest price of anyone in the metro Atlanta area. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in, and the sign up process was simple.

- I chose this facility because it had the lowest price. The customer service is the worst ever. When I came to pickup the truck I was NOT told about paying a cash deposit so I left and returned later to find out they were closed for lunch. I stood up outside watching as the representative eat lunch while I waited. It was too late in the day to move so I called customer service to reschedule. When I came back the next day I got a phone call as I was about to turn in the parking lot that the truck is not ready for pickup. So another day off to a late move to rush back before they close to return the truck. One month later, I am still waiting for the executive escalation department to call me back regarding this issue.

At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. All costs should be made transaparent upfront like compulsory insurance and admin fee.

- I was given a unit then was forced out for no reason. I barely come once a month I have big items Couches Beds, Dinning, and office supplies. I asked what the reason was they said they do not have to have a reason and that was all I ever got from them. I asked for a copy of my lease agreement which they deny. You will sign agreement, but you will not receive a copy beware... I must get another uhaul and unit at my expense because I am guessing they don't like me. - As soon as I rounded the corner to my unit for the first time, a small roach (not a palmetto bug) ran across my path. When I opened my unit/touched the back wall, a gap in the panels revealed a dozen more. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cheaper than public storage, but with good reason. I never saw a single bug at public storage.

- Took them hours to return calls, even the video call in the Lobby is unattended, no one answers that phone. You need to have their lock on you unit, and then your lock so you need (2) locks at al time and they have the combination to your stuff. Took (3) full days after I rented to get access to my unit. I was told 24/7 access to the unit when I signed up, then after the 10th call to this place and hrs later I was told NO I did not pay for that and it's $10.00 more a month for that. No one is on the property.
