- 10 Federal is easily reached and very clean; I was pleasantly surprised. The code worked without any difficulty, as did the combination on the lock. The door slid up and down SO easily, and the large carts were so helpful in getting all my things into the space. I was happy, too, to be able to get the winter special discount and the first-full-month-free offer (though I'm not looking forward to the price rise in the second quarter). I've appreciated every customer service person I've spoken with; they are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I hope I continue to be this happy with this space.

Never had as pleasant experience at any of the dozens of storage facilities I had used in the past. Good attitude and eager to help. Stacy even put some water bottles in the freezer for me and my two movers, as it was the hottest day of the year to date and sweltering outside. That little thing right there, that matters, and set General Storage apart, way apart from all others!
