- Landlord decided to sell the house we were living in said we had a vacation premises we had till the beginning of the year. A week later being this week we were informed someone's already acquired about purchasing the house so ask if we can be out by the end of the week. Obviously got to have storage unit to put our belongings need one it's 24 hours access decent pricing but the thing was I had no money at that day luckily due to the amazing lady I'm so unfortunately forget her name that was in Customer service inform me what I could do how I could do it to where I was able to move in that night. Besides the amazing customer service that saved today I was really surprised and pleased with the cleanliness, not just with our unit but the entire grounds and facility. - Having had storage units for over 20 years on and off, I was surprised at how nice and helpful Portia and Stacy were to deal with. Never had as pleasant experience at any of the dozens of storage facilities I had used in the past. Good attitude and eager to help. Stacy even put some water bottles in the freezer for me and my two movers, as it was the hottest day of the year to date and sweltering outside. That little thing right there, that matters, and set General Storage apart, way apart from all others!
