- I have had a wonderful experience thus far with the staff of Public Storage on Frontage Rd, Forest Park, GA (Atlanta). They are kind, courteous, and very helpful. The facility could use a little boost. The indoor, climate controlled area is a little colder than I would like. The doors to the building are broken, and do not close of the way (which makes for a safety concern to me). Hopefully, they will get that resolved soon. The hours of operation area also lacking. 9 am - 6 pm, which makes it hard to get in under normal operating hours. However, they will make your code available for 24 hour access with a phone call. The code's access then expires the next day, but for each day that you call them you can gain acces after hours. The bathroom is very far from the climate controlled building (all the way by the office) and it only has access during office hours. That is another slight issue. I would like to see a 24-hour bathroom close to each building. And my biggest gripe with this facility it that there are NO CARTS FOR CUSTOMER USE!!! That is just nutty to me. Come on! We need to have carts to lug our stuff to and from our units. I had to buy a hand truck from Home Depot for $80, and it is till less useful than a flatbed cart. But at least the employees are awesome. They make up for the negatives.
