- Worst customer service ever. The girl at the front desk preferred to be on a conference call than to take care of a customer. The code did not work and instead of refreshing the system I had to keep coming back to the door in the pouring rain to get the gate open while rudely being told she is on a conference call. She needs to be taught that customer service is important and that you don't wait to fix the problem. We were on a short time schedule with a truck rental and she wasted over 30 minutes of our time.
