- This facility was perfect for me. It was very clean and close by. The process getting the unit was simple and quick. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. With that being said, it was very unfair to get me moved in only to double my rent after three months. DOUBLE! I couldn’t afford it so I had to move out. That was very inconvenient. When I called to cancel, I was offered a lower rate. I declined and still vacated. My feeling on that is if they could have charged me a lower rate to begin with, they should have. If they had only kept the cost the same, I would still be a satisfied customer.

- I reserved my unit online but experienced an issue paying for the reservation. Andre was very helpful in getting everything sorted out. He was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful! He patiently helped me through selecting insurance as well. When I came by to see the unit, Andre was just as helpful in person in explaining how to digitally access the gate. I don't get to say this very often but this was an overall outstanding customer service experience. I highly recommend getting your storage unit here!

- Today, I had the opportunity of working with Miss Shawn and my experience with her was the highlight of my day. Miss Shawn was funny, energetic, witty and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. After reserving a unit online, I learned that my unit was not available. Miss Shawn immediately offered me another unit that could accommodate my needs, searched other stores to accommodate my budget and needs, and ultimately ended up giving me my original unit after opting to prepare the unit herself so I could move in as soon as possible. She went above and beyond to ensure that both my financial and storage needs were accounted for and I greatly appreciate her service. She told me that she loved her job and her attitude reflected her words. She turned a "usually not-so-fun experience" into a fun and memorable one that I did not want to end. Thank you for your hard work and service, Miss Shawn! You are doing a great job! Also, while the register area smelled strongly of moth balls, the units were clean and spacious and the grounds were well maintained. I loved how the storage is gated for additional security.
