- I used to park my RV in this facility and always lived with the poor delimitation of the spaces and difficulties to park and get out of the parking space. but the cherry on the top was that in my last two visits I found one of the storage doors in my rig open and the person there was not interested in hear and do something, the second time an special battery was subtracted from my rig. I put the claim to the management and a supervisor called me stating that I have to put a police report in order to have a team looking for fingerprints that was their way to tell they will do nothing about my loss. Immediately I did cancel my contract with them and move my rig from there.

- I was in a pinch and moving out and needed to store my belongings. The Rep. was very helpful and patient. We hadn't visited the storage facility first and when we arrived quickly found out that the facility does have an elevator for belongings to ride up but not for a person to ride up. I am not able to do stairs very well. I am disabled so I am on the 2nd floor and have an extremely hard time getting to the unit.
