- I used to park my RV in this facility and always lived with the poor delimitation of the spaces and difficulties to park and get out of the parking space. but the cherry on the top was that in my last two visits I found one of the storage doors in my rig open and the person there was not interested in hear and do something, the second time an special battery was subtracted from my rig. I put the claim to the management and a supervisor called me stating that I have to put a police report in order to have a team looking for fingerprints that was their way to tell they will do nothing about my loss. Immediately I did cancel my contract with them and move my rig from there.

- I did not rate the facility higher because of the confusion with location. The facility is aware of this problem and could have contacted new customers with the correct info but rather let us flounder about in a completely different area 24 miles away! Once I did arrive at the facility, I was pleasantly surprised.
