- The facility was clean and the location of our unit is good. Was a little difficult the first day to get in. The code would not work and had to go back inside a second time to get a temporary code for that day. The next time we went, everything was easy and the codes worked. One other thing, need a way to hold door open from the outside.

- Everything is done remotely. When you walk in the door youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re greeted with a a camera and screen that hopefully someone will answer. My luck has been 50%. After inspecting the reserved unit and finding it dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned. They managed to take out some cobwebs, but the floor was still covered with sand from construction. I swept for over 30 minutes to clean the unit. This place is closer to my home and cheaper than my previous location, but the customer service has been lacking. Hopefully it gets betterﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ

- I paid for climate controlled storage but I have had to put big buckets of RID to keep mold and mildew from getting in my items. A friend of mine who uses a different storage facility, told me if it is climate controlled you shouldn't have to do that. I am looking for another facility. There was a long time that the climate-control wasn't working because it was very hot, and you could feel and smell the dampness in the unit. I also don't understand why the labels for rating this facility as a storage unit doesn't have one for how the storage units are! You could have one that is "How good was climate control in unit?", another could be, "Any issues with moisture?" Any issues with mold and mildew?". I also don't believe that all of reviewers gave a 5 star rating.
