- Awesome staff. Shondella & Vivian were super friendly, very efficient and very helpful. Process was quick and easy. Boy can Shondella talk fast (in a good way). Facility is clean and well maintained. Access for loading is very easy with automatic doors (much easier than another storage facility I used). Hinged doors instead of roll up doors allow you to use all the space in the unit. Prices were great.

- I was able to see the unit before i paid. light was out which was replaced after I paid. I had to clean out the leaves and dirt myself. when I went to sign the paper work she gave me a price which I had to break down myself and figure I was almost $20 more than I expected and after a few questions I was told it was for the lock which the staff assumed i was buying from them. So i was told I had to go home to get my own lock which I already had before they would rent me the unit. It was just a lot of unkowns to ultimately get the unit which I had to clean myself. I took the unit because of the location to my house.

- My 5 star review is for both NIA & NEASY at the Boca Rio location in Boca Raton, FL. They are both professional and supportive. It is not always easy to have everything you hold dear to you in storage due to home unexpected home renovations. The expense of other living arrangements alone is stressful not to mention that your family photos and everything you can imagine is in a storage unit. I appreciate beyond mention the kindness & consideration from both of these employees at this location. I truly wish that other employees throughout Public Storage would learn the same considerate human contact. I have dealt with several employees in the past that should take a moment and reconsider their treatment of customers. Again, I hope that Public Storage strongly considers advancement and support of these two employees as they have shown over and over their support for Public Storage with their care of your customers.
