- So I got a quote via the internet spare foot and with in minutes I received a call from the on site manager she was easy and a delight to work with. I advised I had cash on me was that ok she said yes no problem! Any how 15-20 min later I get a call from a woman claiming to work at the property saying that I could not pay in cash that I had to pay over phone. So then I was a little frustrated I was supposed to be meeting someone there to help me unload a lot of heavy stuff I couldn't do because I'm disabled so I lost my help because of the timing now that I had to go to the bank to deposit. Once I was on site the manager there completely changed my mind by this time I was ready to leave and go some where else, she also fixed a few mistakes made by phone service by booking wrong unit. She was very understanding, kind, and very time efficient with showing me the units and changing paperwork around this company is lucky to have her thank you again
