Furthermore I had to explain myself and my unit arrangement. I have a 16 x 10 and have been here only 3 days organizing plus injured vet, but besides that Misunderstanding good. - So we vo to check out our a find that there is a ripped hole in tbe sealing and rat feces everywhere. It's disgusting to think that we have all of our stuff still in there due to our current situation. There is no customer service their at all in the middle of the dayto help with questions, no matter who you call you always get stuck on the phone with a robot and then hug up on, and the storage units are extremely humid making me believe that there is black mold everywhere. Terrible experience overall. Can't wait to get my stuff out there.
