- The front staff is only concerned with up-charges. Their only job is to sell you something. I had an issue with gate access and it forever to get help, despite the fact that she had my ID in her hand. I think I ended up needing a reference letter from my 3rd grade math teacher to get them to open the gate 😏. Then I cleaned out my storage and they charged me a “cancellation fee” because I notified them 14 days before my exit. WHAT!!!! I have to pay to leave ???!!!!!! … Go elsewhere

- PRO: The customer service was amazing especially La La. She went above and beyond when we showed up thinking we had rented an outside drive-up unit when in reality ours was indoors on the 2nd or 3rd floor. She was able to switch us to a first floor unit. It was still interior but much easier for us with large items. She even went around to each floor trying to locate a hand cart for me but could not find any since there are only 4 so we had to wait until others were finished. CON: Hand Carts are too small, Need more than 4. Very Difficult to unload with 1 Main double door and then another smaller 2nd door for 5 trucks unloading to squeeze through is RIDICULOUS too!

- Security is very good! The bad is that they need to open their hours to customer to be able to stay a little later than what they have. Some people work and can't get to their storage till late and it is also pretty expensive to get a storage here. They offer no discounts of any kind except if it's your first time and you place it online. You get no discount after that or for paying on time every month.
