- Awesome staff. Shondella & Vivian were super friendly, very efficient and very helpful. Process was quick and easy. Boy can Shondella talk fast (in a good way). Facility is clean and well maintained. Access for loading is very easy with automatic doors (much easier than another storage facility I used). Hinged doors instead of roll up doors allow you to use all the space in the unit. Prices were great.

- 8x20 parking space #26 is difficult to maneuver a 7x14 enclosed trailer into due to the building and curb in front of the parking spots. The area could have been better designed to facilitate parking without disconnecting the trailer from the hitch and manually pushing the trailer into the spot.
