Code has to be entered more than once because the bell sound behind the numerial does not always work. The system also has a button to push saying, "contact manager. I was stuck in traffic and had no chance of getting there before they closed. My Chevy Tahoe was loaded with boxes. He waited an extra 45 minutes after they closed to get my setup in my storage unit.
