- I checked out of the unit the end of September. I contacted a lady in the front office to let her know and she assured me should close this account. I've been in contact with Stephanie who works the front desk and has assured me this matter would be resolved. I have received three phone calls from a collection agency telling me I owe $65.00. I am upset, have left several messages and have not received a call back. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting someone to assist with this. Thank you.

- I had a very pleasant experience with the lady on staff over the weekend. She gets 5 stars. Today (monday) however, was not a pleasant experience. "Jaime" called me and accused me of leaving items outside of my storage unit. Despite my telling her it was not me, she then accused the person who was with me of doing it. I told her that no one was with me on any of the trips to the unit. She was rude, argumentative and insistent that video survaillance shows it was me or the person with me. When I asked het what type of vehicle dropped it off she said she cant disclose it. I told her several times the items to which she refers to were there when i first went to the unit on Saturday. Again she accused me. I told her if she was referring to an ottoman and something else with it, it was there when i first went to the unit, that is not my unit. It is several units away from my unit. I am waiting for my apology from "Jaime"
