- I walked in Saturday, July 6, 2024 & 10:00 A.M on the dot. Diana greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful. I requested to view the unit before I moved in and Diana was delighted to show the Unit to me. She discussed how she expects us to keep the unit clean, confirmed that all elevators were working and showed me how to use the elevators and passcode. Very Easy process and great customer service which is very difficult to find. I moved from Public Storage where my experience was the complete opposite. Thank You Prime Storage for an easy transition Saturday.

- When the size unit I wanted wasn't available on the first Public Storage I went to, the gal there found one nearby, reserved it for me right there (to lock in the price). At the other store (Military and Northlake) the gal there was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. The follow up calls were appreciated. And when I had a change of plans and no longer need the unit, she made sure the pro rated amount was returned to my credit card. Would highly recommend.
