- I walked in Saturday, July 6, 2024 & 10:00 A.M on the dot. Diana greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful. I requested to view the unit before I moved in and Diana was delighted to show the Unit to me. She discussed how she expects us to keep the unit clean, confirmed that all elevators were working and showed me how to use the elevators and passcode. Very Easy process and great customer service which is very difficult to find. I moved from Public Storage where my experience was the complete opposite. Thank You Prime Storage for an easy transition Saturday.

- I have been with Public Storage for some years now. Everytime I come to the office the girls make me feel like I'm at home. I receive great customer service and the girls are very knowledgeable. I really appreciate how the property manager Kim reaches out to me when it's time to pay my bills. She tries her best to make sure I don't receive those late fees. As busy as I can be sometime it slips my mind.Those courtesy calls really helps me out a lot. Thanks Kim and Jazz for such great service.

- So I got a small storage unit. Told me it would be $25 a month…next month is goes up to $35, then month 3 up to $75. When I inquired why it went up so much I was told $25 was the promotion price. Not once did anyone mention it was a promotion price and it was only for 1 month. Called today to move out and was told that since the day I move out is 2 days into my next billing cycle they would charge me the full month. I do not live in Florida and cannot get there before the next billing cycle!! This is robbery. Most places would prorate. Please ask a lot of ?s and make sure you check everything if you choose to rent here.

- The lady that was there (at this storage) explain the rules and was very nice. The staff public storage down the street on Lake Worth Road was not as nice and did not explain the rules to my girlfriend and now because of one day she is stuck with a monthly bill. They closed before she could get all her stuff out and now charged her with a whole month and she still cannot use storage ???
