- Margaret was very nice, professional, and understood my needs. The facility is clean and while quite large, easy to navigate. The only problem I had was a lack of dolly's. I don't know where they all went but none could be located on the day I needed one.

- Needed a low priced small unit for college dorm room storage until fall semester. Public Storage had the best rates available, though location is a little farther from FAU than we had hoped for. But easy to get there and the facility looks brand new. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful both before and during our checkin. Would definitely recommend to friends.

- This particular Public Storage location, located on Boca Rio Road, can set some of their own policy as it relates to locking/securing your space. They require you to purchase a special cylinder lock at a cost of over $20. This policy is not stated in section 3.2 of the rental agreement, where it states you are responsible to secure your own space. This $20 lock cost, as well as the $25 admin cost to rent a space, negates their sales pitch of "1st month for $1.00. "Renter beware."

- My 5 star review is for both NIA & NEASY at the Boca Rio location in Boca Raton, FL. They are both professional and supportive. It is not always easy to have everything you hold dear to you in storage due to home unexpected home renovations. The expense of other living arrangements alone is stressful not to mention that your family photos and everything you can imagine is in a storage unit. I appreciate beyond mention the kindness & consideration from both of these employees at this location. I truly wish that other employees throughout Public Storage would learn the same considerate human contact. I have dealt with several employees in the past that should take a moment and reconsider their treatment of customers. Again, I hope that Public Storage strongly considers advancement and support of these two employees as they have shown over and over their support for Public Storage with their care of your customers. - Need to inform people of what lock is needed at the site. I have used your company in N J and have 3 of your locks, but was told I had to use one that I didn't have with me, I had to B somewhere and did not have time to go and get it. I had to buy the one they had even thro others had the same lock I had. I was told the company switch to a new lock.

- I went to the office as i had seen the business on the internet. i was met by two friendly and knowledgeable staff members. I was taken to view the space available and given a choice regarding cost and position of the space i was looking for, My reservation written up and explained to me in full. I later received a call from one of the staff members asking if I needed anything. How does it get any better than that? THANK YOU PUBLIC STORAGE!
