- My experience with the staff has been average to above average...on my move in date, the manager showed me my unit...she saw some trash and moved it outside the unit with her foot and perhaps she did not notice it...but there was more trash against back wall which I clearly saw and removed...there was also a really old milk container in the corner out of site that I saw and removed...I then swept my unit which was not done after old tenant moved out and placed all the trash just to the left of my unit...today is May 14th and that trash is still there...a week later. Furthermore, I usually get there at 6 am to get equipment for the day and there is homeless people there sleeping in tents and parking lot in Van's...they tend to leave as soon as people arrive...one individual takes his gallon of urine and dumps it in a bush near where customers park every morning. When I go there at night to pick/drop stuff off there is people smoking pot or crack from a pipe in a van... This place really needs a gate that can be accessed only by customers...I feel like I need to carry a knife with me just in case one of these crazies attacks me...I would give this place a 4 star review if there was a gate...

- First I have to say that the people there are extremely friendly. Isaiah was OUTSTANDING he made it so easy and pleasant to have rented a storage at this facility. Very knowledgably and friendly. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends and co-workers, because of HIM! I love this place and wouldn't go any where else. It's people like him that make hard times so easy...
