Review: Professional and very helpful staff. I really felt like they valued me as a customer. They worked hard to ensure that my move in and my move out went smoothly. They went the extra mile to help me when I moved in since my moving truck had to be towed in since it had broken down. Shylo provided as much help as she could and lended me a dolly since the towing and moving trucks could not fit down the driveways. Also when I moved out, she made the paperwork very easy to fill out. Both her and Hector were exremely pleasant people that were warm and always had a smile on their face. I couldnt have picked a better place to go. Oh! and my stuff was always fine and i felt it was very safe.

Review: I have stored my tools at this location for 25 years. I am not happy that since it has become storquest the storage fees have gone up every year. I am now paying almost $700.00 a month for what once cost me under $500.00 just a few years ago. The economy has gotten worse and storage fees have gone up when they should have come down.

Review: I am not a storage expert, and I actually have to go there frequently to get things for work. My only problems are the hours are not late enough..only open until 9..and at 8 it is purely dark..could barely find my unit in the hallways. No trashcans anywhere either. I do like the place and it is easy access off the freeway. I would recommend it but do not go at night if you are a woman alone.
