- While the indoor, air conditioned units are nice, this facility is way too crowded. No matter what time of the day or not we go, there are always so many cars that you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pull up to the doors. There is never enough carts, due to the overwhelming amount of other people who are there, so everything takes so much longer, and is inconvenient.The other issue is that you have people who literally camp out there all day. The take up the entire hallway, so even if you find a cart, you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bring it to your side. After my free month, I will definitely be leaving. Unless you want to pay the highest rent in the area, have to carry everything in by hand, and fight for parking I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend this facility.

- I booked this online, and they showed me one room, but after I told them I was a spare foot customer I was moved to a spot in the middle of two doors. Second I was told 55 a month but the first two months were half off. Well I was charged a full charge for the first month as well as an additional 20 surcharge for moving in. I felt like I was swindled and am upset about the fact I'm not getting what I was promised.
