- a good experience, the lady at the counter was by the book, it was raining and she blocked the door to mop the water and prohibited unloading until the floor was dry, seemed a bit counterproductive but safety first. She showed me the unit and was clear on price except for insurance which was extra and undisclosed in any emails or reservation, a bit misleading on total price, but still a good deal.
