- My only comment is that company policy does not allow refunds for units rented and cancelled within 24 hours and never used - this is not fair and it is probably in violation of California's buyer's remorse laws. I really appreciated that Kevin Bacica went to bat for me and got me a partial refund of as much of my prepaid fees as he could. Keven really rocked. But the company should empower it's local employees or property managers to authorize such a refund and not require the consumer to call on the District Manager to get satisfaction.
