- Reserving the storage unit was easy enough, however, the customer service once there was horrible. I watched others complete their registration relatively quickly and painlessly but when it came to my turn to fill out the paperwork, it seemed that there were miles and miles of red tape and hoops to jump through. I had a couple friends help me move into the unit, but the gate locked on us and it was a nightmare trying to get out. The code that I had originally used to get in was somehow changed and that led us to be locked in. Had to call customer service and wait on hold for half an hour, and even after the representative picked up it still took a while to get out. Overall, it's cheap and you get what you pay for.
