First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

I decided on this facility for several reasons: a great introductory price, good location, and ease of access (i.e., no hauling things inside a building, stairs, etc.). The employee with whom I spoke in the office was courteous and helpful, and explained everything well. The small unit I rented was extremely clean, as if it had bever been rented before; excellent.

The storage unit was easy to rent. The facility is ok, some parts are nice and other parts are a little old. I should have asked more about their package acceptance policy before renting. Apparently you need to be on a short list.

Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve just rented a space, and the online rental process was fantastic. However, when I went there at 6:30 am to check out the place I was surprised to find the main gate open and no one was there. I became concerned about the security of the place. When I came back at 10:30 to unload my stuff, the gate was still open. When I finished unloading my stuff at 12:00 the gate was still open. On my way out I saw a lady that works there and I asked her about the gate and she said that because of the heavy rain the previous night the gateテ「竄ャ邃「s chain snapped and that it will be fixed. I wanted to express my concern about the security of the place, but she rudely asked me to move on! That is the only reason I only gave 3 stars.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Tustin, California is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout California, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs.

The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Tustin, California.

  • Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.

  • For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.

  • Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.

  • Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.

  • Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.

  • The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.

  • Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
  • Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.

  • Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.

  • Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.

  • Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.

Are there free storage deals in Tustin, California?

Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.

How do I find the cheapest storage in Tustin?

You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?

You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
