- I've been constantly coming to this location for the past few months and I've had the best experience of any storage place. Farzana is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Always ready to help out in whatever way she can and empathize with any situation from any background. I came here to hide my boat from my wife and she set me up with a quaint little spot on the side of the property to keep. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife so when I finally showed my wife she was ecstatic. All in all the property is always in tiptop shape and there's never a soul who comes out of here without being satisfied. Hands-down one of the best customer service I've ever gotten anywhere

- Public storage is the worst you are thieves scam artists and lairs I had three storage units at your la cinega location one of my units was broken in I filed a police report then a month later They wanted to take finger prints . Your staff was very friendly un helpful and full of bs I was called on the phone and notified of the break in then your company said it never happened two months later I had an unauthorized payment on my account and all of my things were taken what a waste of time and money this has been and now I have been sent to collections for non payment check your phone records please everyone at the la cinega location should be fired I have reported you to the better business bureo and have continued to waste my time with the police

- First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP
