Was surprised to learn when we checked in in person that the building our unit was in was going to be remodeled in 4 months so weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have to be out in 2 months. To keep our stuff in one place for > 2 months, a larger more expensive unit was available in a building across the street. She gave us the first month there free. Turns out we needed the additional space, so it all worked out. Glad we checked in ~ 2-3 days earlier than needed.

- Office staff was so wonderful at first (in order to get the sale of course). I was impressed with how knowledgeable all staff were - all my questions were answered;they were proud to work there and to be so knowledgeable. AND THEN, come to find out I had been given contradictory info from the leasing "specialist" and manager. Both told me not to listen to the other because they were not as knowledgeable. This happened more than a couple of times on different subjects. This is usually the cust service attitude takes a dive. My bad was I asked an employee vs. reading the fine print. Turns out neither one of them gave me correct information AND any info an employee gives you is overridden by the fine print! Silly me for thinking an employee could give me accurate information!!
