They had a cart I was able to use by the elevator. was able to pull up close to the entrance to unload. I received 1/2 off first month which I needed badly. I would recommend them definitely.

- The price was less than surrounding storage facilities and a good deal. Angel has been very helpful each time we've interacted either by phone or in person. I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.

- Veronica made it really easy to sign up for a 5x10 unit. The pricing was good, but wish there was a Senior Discount. The unit is very clean, but a bit of mud/sludge close to my unit from a drain pipe. Also, I moved my storage items in on a Sunday, so no dolly or wagon was available to customers. Luckily my son-in-law had a dolly I could use. I was really impressed with the clean/tidy unit, and the tranquil clean safe environment there, I felt safe and my overall experience with Cube Smart has been really good.

- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.
