- From the initial call/reservation to leaving the premises after unloading into the storage unit, the entire experience was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name whom helped me set up the reservation - he was helpful, thorough, and speedy! When I arrived at the facility, lovely Corrine showed me to a unit deep in the recesses of the third floor. It wasn't ideal, but it was going to have to do. She proceeded to make my day 100x better by switching me to a drive-up unit right near the exit gate. Not only was it more easily accessible, but it was larger. Score! She was professional and knowledgeable, but very personable. Overall, my experience was positive and I have 0 complaints. Thanks Corrine - you're awesome!

- The price was less than surrounding storage facilities and a good deal. Angel has been very helpful each time we've interacted either by phone or in person. I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.

- The young man who took care of the paper work said he would sweep out the unit but when I got there 2 days later it was still dirty and dusty. The lock I had would not fit on one of the unit doors so I had to put the stuff in the second unit I will be going to discuss the unit with the management people soon.

- Like so many other couple (over the years) we've been putting so much in our garage we can't fit a car inside. I bought a new car so we needed to clean out our garage. When comparing the different storage companies and units we found a plethora of them. This was by far the best, starting with initial phone conversation, their pricing could no be beaten and when walking to our unit their entire building was spotless. Over the years we've need to rent a storage unit from time to time, this is by far, the best.
