- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.

- A $20 storage has been unheard in CA for years if ever, so this is a great deal, especially since it is conveniently located in Pico Rivera. The service provided was great, move in was smooth and simple to complete. I couldn't believe they included a lock for the unit, so I didn't have to purchase one. The locker style units are high up, though. It will require the use of their step ladders to access, so that is something to consider if you're storing heavy items. Also, the parking is minimal. There are only a few spaces because the facility itself is small and sandwiched between other buildings. Also, expect to see quite a few transients storing at this location, but no issues yet. Overall, good deal, excellent service and I would recommend based on my experience.
