- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.

- I just want to say that this is a wonderful storage unit but the clarity on getting my online price was a little gray and I was disappointed that I was led to believe it was 24-hour access but it is not some locations are I guess but mine is not but the people in the office were wonderful and I appreciate it everything you did for me thank you so much and yes I would recommend.

- If one took the time to evaluate all the public storage offerings in northern Orange County, the facilities that would come up at the top of most people's list are Public Storage. Being the biggest doesn't always translate to being the best in any business segment, but it does apply to Public Storage, especially to the Los Alamitos Public Storage facility at 3752 W. Cerritos Avenue. The Property Manager there, Alex, is a long-time staple and the tenants renting there, including myself, are glad Alex runs a "tight ship" while being knowledgeable, polite, and offering assistance whenever asked. Alex makes certain the facility is always clean and functioning properly (like the light fixtures that provide excellent illumination in all hallways). A key feature of this Public Storage facility that is most important for new upper-level tenants are two very spacious freight elevators that make moving-in quick and easy. And you'll never encounter difficulty parking vehicles, even large trucks, in the ample parking lot. It's easy to rate this place 10 out of 10. ~Bob

- I read on the receipt that I received after purchasing a lock from your company that I had 30 days to return items in good/same condition. I located a lock that at I had previously purchased so when I went into the Long Beach Cherry Storage facility I informed that they did not accept previously purchased locks because they didn't know where they had been or used. Why do you state you can return items if it is a selected item/s? That is a misleading statement. Please notify me of your findings in this matter at your earliest convenience.
