- It is a pleasure to do business with your desk representative, Tanesha, but the facility is no longer clean. it is too much for one person to do both jobs.There is dust and dirt on the sliding doors to each location and dirt seems to be seeping into the units. There is trash on the floors, in the elevators and outside the main sliding doors. We appreciate the friendly, professional service when we go in to pay our bills, but the cleanliness we saw in the past is not what it once was.
