- Very happy that they had a spot open for me. The price was competitive and being a newbie, not only for storage but having a trailer, they were extremely helpful. There was one day I was taking my trailer out and it was my first time doing everything all by myself. I wasn't confident so I stopped into the officeand asked if they wouldn't mind taking a peak. Immediately they said no problem and I am very thankful because my hitch was not connected properly. I could have experienced a lot huge problems.

- Sarah was wonderful to work with. The paperwork went very smoothly. Just a little hick up with another tenant wanting let in to use the restroom and I didn't do it figured he should have code to get in I think we all should have to use our codes. Got a little hostile and the man on duty wasn't around at the time in the office. Also one cart isn't enough had to wait both times I have brought items to storage. Over all so far so good.

The unit is very clean, but a bit of mud/sludge close to my unit from a drain pipe. Also, I moved my storage items in on a Sunday, so no dolly or wagon was available to customers. Luckily my son-in-law had a dolly I could use. I was really impressed with the clean/tidy unit, and the tranquil clean safe environment there, I felt safe and my overall experience with Cube Smart has been really good.
