- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.

- Ok place, friendly staff, Hidden charges keep adding... Elevator is horrible to deal with, also I cannot get out the gate from inside. I have to walk around, put the code in on the outside pad and wait for the gate to open, walk back to my car, hope the gate is not closing and then I can leave, sometimes i've had to do this process twice. I am also set up to receive invoice notification on my email so that I can make my payments accordingly. instead I got a call at my work stating to pay my bill or else! THANKS FOR NOT NOTIFYING ME!!

- The people that work here are really nice. Facility is really clean and appears to be well maintained. Depending on the space that you get you might be required to buy a lock and they will charge for insurance if you are not certain if your insurance covers your stuff. So be prepared to spend an additional $11 to $35 dollars above your expected move in fees.

- I was looking for the best price and this was it. However be aware that this is a somewhat bare bones storage facility. Older wood frame structure not concrete and steel. Some doors and handles are hard to open or need repair. Located on a street with less traffic than some places. The managers try to keep things clean.
