I thought we were told there was an elevator and a way for ME to get up to the second floor (I am an amputee who is in a wheelchair) and Daniel he told me on the phone there was a way for me to get up there. SO, when I found out there was only a stairway I was taken aback to say the least.... But, Veronica worked out a way for us to make it work, and we got our unit. So, all we is well that ends well....
