- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.

- We have been with PS for 9 years. The thing that bothers me the most is the commercial that says well lit. A 60 watt light bulb is not well lit and neither is hallway lights spaced 5 units apart. That and the weeds need to be taken care of along with a faster authorization to repair the ONLY bathroom. However, MARTHA is the best manager you have ever had at this storage place. make sure that you keep her forever.
