I would suggest finding your unit on their website before you come in, seeing that it's easier to reserve one in advance and they'll hold the spot for you until you come in. They called me promptly after I reserved a space online and stayed in good communication. The facility is clean, although some of the units themselves could do with upgraded floors and door locks. The staff is friendly, Only one major problem I can I speak of would be the lengthy amount of time it takes to have someone respond to any problems you may be having as a tenant (ie; repairs or maintenance needed on the unit doors or help accessing your unit incase you've lost the key.) Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the location. The lighthouse tower out front makes it easy to find your way here and between the Orange Police Station located only one street over and the manager that lives on site, I am satisfied feeling my possessions will be under safe watch here at this Public Storage.
