- Reserving online was easy. Coming in to complete transaction with staff was less easy. The staff was great, but some of the fees and rules were unnecessary. Now actually using the facility is average at best. The facility is short-staffed, so when I came to the office to return the cart key, I was waiting with three other customers because the only person at work had left the office to show a locker to another customer. I find it inappropriate to leave a woman alone to deal with the public, especially in the evening. It would be nice if the magnet meant to hold open the door on the path to my locker worked. Again, the staff is great.
