- Great value first month free, polite attendants to me, not others. Dumpsters locked and closed behind gate. No where to put unwanted trash, so had to pack it in my car, after searching everywhere for no garbage cans, lol, too ridiculous. Seen them be witchy to people about bringing cart back, the kids bringing carts back for parents assured them "repeatedly" after asked over, and over that they returned carts. Why ask so many times, lazy? They keep padlock's on the carts.

- The 5 stars primarily go to Natalie, the property manager who helped me out. I've never done had a storage unit before, so I can't compare the place to anywhere else. It did seem clean enough considering hundreds of people are in and out every day. Gates and units seem safe and secure. However, Natalie was respectful, considerate and sensitive to my family's situation and the reason why we needed storage in the first place. She explained the entire process and kept asking if I had any questions. There was a time when another customer came in and needed boxes and the phone rang. She handled everything as she should have. She was able to multitask and treated us with great customer service.
