Iテ「竄ャ邃「m overall perfectly satisfied with public storage at 3010 wilshire. It was easy to transport my boxes on provided dollys with an access ramp and elevator. The unit is large, tall, clean, and temperature controlled. Iテ「竄ャ邃「m able to store most of my 2bd apt incl king size mattresses. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices were great with $1 first month.

I rented the unit online, which was much easier than I expected. When I visited the location, the manager was very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions during the tour, and gave me some helpful hints for navigating the location. The prices are high, but thatテ「竄ャ邃「s mainly because the location is incredibly convenient for those living in West LA. The space is clean and easy to navigate, too.

The check-in process was super easy and quick, the lovely lady at the counter (I forgot her name) showed me the unit before I paid. There is a parking lot in the back and a ramp that's useful for unloading heavier items.

Went to public storage for a couple of questions about the different areas and prices before I make the decision to store, Kelsey and Amber did a fantastic job in informing me with the right information and they both had great customer service skills. Best customer service I've gotten in a long time. Definitely recommend going to wilshire's Public storage

Thank You Amber! She made my move in super easy and quick. This is one of the better Public Storages I have seen. I have helped friends move things into storages before and this is one of the cleanest. The inside units look nice. I was also able to purchase a mattress cover from their office. Because of Amber's great service, I'm returning the favor with a review. Thanks Again!

Amber's customer service was tremendous! She got right to it and I didn't wait at all. I only had a couple of questions about unit sizes but she made it very simple to understand. She showed me two units and gave me an idea of which one I would be needing. When I'm finally ready to move out of this apt.. SMH (another story) I will definitely be storing at this location. Thanks Amber!!

I made a reservation over the phone, and a spoke to a woman named Jasmine. She was very pleasant and helpful too the point where I rushed to the store to purchase a unit from her. Once my spouse and I got to the place she showed us two units. I told her about how my day has been going . She was very professional and knew what she was doing. Her customer service was 100% (scale 1-100) I would love to see more employees with the same spirit as her. Give her pat on the back for us and thank you

Gemma at the front desk is a great representation for this office/company. She's very knowledgeable and willing to assist with any of your moving needs. I wasn't sure what exactly I needed and with a couple of short questions we were on our way to see a space. She let me know what would be the best way to store me items and showed me different items they had available to pack my items accordingly. It's in the middle of a plaza so you might miss it the first time around, I highly recommend this office because the manager at the front it's really great and personable.

I never used public storage, or any storage services, for that matter. The manager was so friendly and helpful. She walked me through everything. I would recommend this public storage to anyone! One thing that wasn't up to satisfaction was the 20'' stretch film I bought. It kept breaking and getting twisted. Wasn't good quality for how much I paid.

Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, or antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate-controlled unit. Climate-controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions will be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renter's insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but it does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, so check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6 am and 10 pm seven days a week, you can access your unit using your individual gate code. During office hours, company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests it.
