- My apologies for not finishing on time but one thing that makes it more difficult is when you have a third floor storage unit and the elevators are broken down. Both days trying to move in were severely hindered by the inconvenience of having to haul everything up three flights of stairs for several hours during both of those days. For the amount of money being paid for those units and part of the reason for renting the unit was because the facility had elevators to the upper floors so someone would expect that those elevators are actually operational for use. It seems like all of the renters who were inconvenienced over the past two days by having to use the stairs and there were several should receive a reduction in their unit rent for the month. I think that would be fair.

- quick and helpful with locating unit since it was not onsite. that was a little disturbing since I live between the two sites and was fully loaded and had to drive out of my way to pay for the storage before dropping the load off my truck.
